【摘要】 目的 探讨嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌的耐药特点。 方法 2004年1月～2005年3月临床送检的痰标本分离22株嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌，对其进行20种抗菌药物敏感试验。 结果 嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌对亚胺培南、氨基苷类抗菌药及大部分β-内酰胺类抗菌药的耐药率为100%，复方新诺明耐药率81.9%，环丙沙星72.7%，哌拉西林+他唑巴坦45.4%，替卡西林+克拉维酸27.2%。 结论 该菌耐药状况十分严重，而且各地区耐药情况差异很大，应建立本地菌株的药谱，并尽早根据药敏情况选择用药。
